merge different Powerpoint 2000 presentations and retaining backgrounds

Hi Nitin,

PowerPoint 2000 is limited in the number of master
templates it supports so your inserted presentations will
default to the master template of your first presentation.

merge all the slides retain the background template from
the very first presentation rather than keep their own. Is
