At work, I live in Outlook. One nuisance is that archives and current mail
are separated in the tree.
Why not give more one consolidated view of my folder in the tree regardless
of whether or not some of the older mails are archived? Why should I have to
care if a message I saved is physically online or in an archive file? I just
want to read the message not hunt for it.
