I have created an application used to collect data gathered while monitoring
evolutions. In a calendar year, approximately 125 or more items are
assessed. Based on the item assessed, the appication creates 2 to 5
different types of reports. These reports are in snapshot format to maintain
security when stored electronically.
I am working on an archiving function which will allow creating a directory
for the previous year's reports and storing reports for the previous year's
assessments. This application is used on a submarine in the US Navy and we
routinely need to provide reports to our superiors. Creating this archive
file allows a single export of previous assessments.
My Question: Is there a way to merge/ append each of the seperate reports
generated for a particular assessment into one report to minimize files in
directory as well as proide better orgainzation?
