I manage a very large project plan template (9,000 lines that gets
trimmed down to a 1,500 project plan using a VBA wizard we've
developed) and am trying to find a better way of managing the updates
provided by the team of 40 that "owns" various sections of the
template. To-date, we either check the template out to one person at
a time to make their updates, or, export it to a spreadsheet, email
the spreadsheet to all the folks that need to make updates, they make
their updates and color code, send back, and some unlucky soul has to
transcribe all of these updates into the MPP.
Anyone have any better mechanisms for managing updates to an MPP
template across so many different subject matter experts?
thanks in advance,
