Merging Documents in Publisher

Hello,

I have several documents that have been created with the same template,
however each document has a different color scheme that is being used for
that template. Is there a way to merge these documents together for printing
purposes so that they are all in one concise place but they retain their
individual color scheme? Currently when I attempted to merge the documents
they would take on the original documents color scheme.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is the way Publisher works. A workaround would be to set the first
publication to spot colors in the commercial printing setup. Hopefully this will
work. When you are finished you can change it back.
