Hi,
Does anyone know how to merge letters into Entourage X. I used to do this
with Outlook (merge letters from Word), but I can¹t figure out how do to it
with a mac and Entourage X.
Thanks,

Hello again.
The Merge Letters function can be found in Word. I've never really used that
function before, but make sure to search the Help file for it. I'm on Word
2004, and I think they've improved the help content a little bit, but even
in v.X, it should give you enough information. Look for the keywords "data
merge".

You do it in Word, using Data Merge Manager in the Tools menu. Use the
"Office Address Book" as your Data Source. When you get to the end of the
process, in the final sector at the bottom, the Query button lets you merge
to categories of contacts, and/or specific contacts.

Ask for more details. if you need them, in the Word newsgroup.
