Currently having problems with OE deleting downloaded messages
in newsgroups. Every time I open a newsgroup, the old messages
are deleted, and only the current ones on the server are downloaded,
so I lose all messages more than 2 days old.
I tried setting the option in the maintainance tab to delete messages
more than 60 days old, and I tried unchecking it, but this hasn't made
a difference.
This started recently after I changed my ISP from dial-up to
broadband, and then reinstalled Windows. I don't know which has
caused this, or if its something else.
