Message duplication when deleting from OWA

I just did a new install of an Exchange 2003 SP2 Server and all mac
clients are using Entourage 11.2.1. All of the mac clients wanted
their email to automatically be copied to their local inbox as well as
keeping a copy in the Exchange Inbox so they can access via OWA and
through their mobile. So I set up a simple rule that copies the message
(if not junk) from Exchange Inbox to the local Inbox. It works great
except if a message is deleted from the Exchange server via OWA or the
mobile. When messages are deleted from OWA or the mobile they are
copied again from the Exchange Inbox to the Local Inbox as if they were
a new message. The Entourage users end up having quite a few duplicated
messages since they use their OWA and their mobiles quite a bit. The
only "solution" so far is for the Entourage users to quit out of
Entourage when they are not in the building but since they come and go
all day it's not really a permanent solution. Anyone have this problem
or another solution I can try?

Thanks!
