Message flags don't sync between Exchange and Entourage

OK, this is driving me crazy. Everything else is working -- I have an
Exchange account I access with Entourage, my Windows Mobile phone, and OWA.
While messages sync fine, message falgs don't. So, if I respond to an email
from my phone, the email is not marked as responded to in Entourage,
although it's marked properly in OWA. Same is I respond in Entourage -- it
will be marked as replied to in Entourage, but not anywhere else. Is this a
bug, or something peculiar about my setup? I've got Entourage 2004 with all
the updates and Exchange 2003.

Hi Chris!

How are you accessing your Exchange account in Entourage? Are you using
an internal server name or are you using the same address you'd use for
OWA? If you're using the OWA address try using the internal server
address instead.

Otherwise, if you are already using the internal server name see what
happens if you create a new Identity and download everything from the
server. To do this in Entourage go to Entourage menu --> Switch
Identity... --> New. You'll need to re-enter your account information.
Do the flags appear as they should now?

If items still do not appear correctly, contact your Exchange admin and
verify that he has applied ALL of the latest patches for Exchange.

Thanks, Bill. I am accessing it through the OWA address. I have a hosted
Exchange plan, and that's the only way to connect they provided me -- I am
checking to see if I can connect directly to the internal server. Thanks
for getting me on the right track -- I'm new to the Exchange stuff.
