Message Follow-up doesn't

Outlook 2003
Windows XP Professional

Lately when I've flagged emails for follow-up the pop-up
messages that would remind me that the follow-up is due
hasn't been appearing. This has started happening since
I had to have my laptop rebuilt. Any suggestions?
