Message-ID problem

we have a brazil registed mail to another brazil registed mail, when the mail
did not go throug, at returned message, it says at mail message ID,
francetourism.com. the error message is copied below. my question is why
francetoursim.com became our mail message ID? we are filing a lawsite with
this com, this computer never sent nor receive any mail from
francetourism.com, please help me. we are using win XP, outlookexpress, pop3
mail. thanks very much for the education
