Message only shows in Autopreview

Wierd one here. One of my employees received a reply to an email h
sent, but when he brings up the email it only shows the section tha
he wrote, not what the person that sent the reply wrote

But....When viewing in Autopreview I can see the reply. Just no
when I pull up the actuall email

Using Outlook 2003

Any answers would be awsome. Im stumped

Using Outlook 2003.

including all service packs?

I only know the error of Outlook 2003 without the SP1 that emails are
complete blanc in the Autopreview.

Anyhow, does your employe have all SP installed?

Thats sounds like an ill-formed MIME multipart message. Was the person who
replied also an Outlook user?

Yes has all updated SP

Im not 100% sure what the sender is using for software, but I woul
think it was outlook

It is only happening in this one instance from this user. All othe
mail is fine

My next step is to have the sender carbon copy the same message t
another user just to narrow down the problem

If I had to guess I would thing that the problem is occuring as i
gets to our pop server and not letting the entire message through
but I just dont understand how autopreview could see any part of it.
I am guessing that The header is perhaps corrupt
