Message opening in partial window, Archiving Entourage

I will try again,

1. When I open a message in Entourage, it opens the message in a window that
goes across the whole screen, but only shows and inch down so every time I
open a message, I have to select the green button to expand it to the whole
screen.
2. Is there a way to archive my Entourage data since the file is so bit that
it is really affecting my performance?

Diane Ross replied to your earlier message early this morning (EDT -- more
likely late last night PDT). I thought she provided excellent suggestions.
