Message shows in Outlook Client but not in Entourage 2004

We have multiple people in our office using the new entourage 2004
client. At the same time we commonly have a terminal services windows
opened to our terminal server, with Outlook running. Both Entourage
and Outlook are talking to an Exchange 2000 server. All of the users
in our office noticed the mail count and unread counts in the two apps
we always different. After further investigation, there were simply
some messages that would not appear in Entourage. These messages
could be new messages, old messages, etc. We have even moved the
messages on Outlook from the Inbox to another folder to see if it
would then it would show up. Still nothing. Now the only way to get
these random messages into Entourage is to actually setup an IMAP
connection the Exchange server, and then move them into the Inbox of
the Entourage Exchange configuration. Has anyone else seen this odd
behavior..?

Try control-clicking the folder in question and "Empty Cache". That should
force a refresh of the entire folder contents.

I tired again just to make sure but clearing the cache still has not
solved the problem. Very odd behavior. I got three emails today from
the same individual. Only two of the three show up in Entourage.
