I have a user with Entourage 2004 who repeatedly finds emails that are
just sitting in the Outbox. The emails have been sent successfully but
don't seem to move from the Outbox to the sent items. Deleting /
dragging out the emails seems to work fine.
Has any one got any suggestions as to what might be causing this and
how to fix it? It's causing the user some confusion as they are not
confident that emails are getting sent.
