Message: Your Microsoft Exchange Server is Unavailable

When i originally started up Outlook for my Exchange server I put Hotmail,
and on the next screen I put Hotmail and my email adress. Now when I start my
Outlook it brings that message up and then I have to try to work offline.
Then it tells me "Unable to open up default e-mail folders. Your profile is
not configured." How do I fix this?
