messages arrived with double space to some recipients

Hi all,

I have noticed that we always received with double-space the messages sent
from a particular sender, this particular sender says that the messages are
being sent in plain/txt format.
On the other hand hotmail mailboxes receive the message properly formatted.

See the envelope of the double-spaced message received, have you ever seen
this before? Is it something in the envelope explaining the double-spaces
received by "some" users..?
