messages bounced re byte quota

What is this? Never had this message before but keep
getting it suddenly when friend tries to send photos. Is
there some limit?

Most ISP's have limits on the size of emails. It's not Outlook's fault. Tell your friend to edit the photos to a smaller format like jpg instead of bmp.
