Messages failed

Having a problem the past couple weeks.When I send an E-Mail to some clients
the mail is rejected.

When they send me a message and I click reply it is delivered even though
it's sent to the same address as the original mail.
Any ideas ?

Who is rejecting it? Their server, their ISP, their rules?
