I am new to mac and Entourage but are enjoying both. My company uses
Groupwise 7+ for mail. I am using an IMAP connection to it for my mail.
Some of my recipients report that my messages are coming in with a subject
line, signature, and NO message body. I see this happening with my AOL
account (which I signed up for to test this problem as my Mom was reporting
the same difficulty with her AOL account).

I have searched the web high and low for an answer to this. Any ideas out
there? I will have to go back to other mail approaches if I can't find an
answer soon and I find myself loathe to do so.

Many thanks.

Hi Teresa!

I've never heard of this before myself.

Copies of every message that you send goes into a "Sent Items" folder or
a similarly name folder. Do your sent messages show the same missing
information?

I¹m guessing this is one of those weird AOL settings. I would check the AOL
support site for clues.
