Messages won't delete

When deleting emails, occasionally a few emails won't delete. (This is
using an IMAP server.) When I access my email through the server,
those emails aren't in my inbox. I can't figure out how to remove those
emails from my inbox in Entourage. I would appreciate it if anyone
could help me. Thank you.

From a post I made earlier today:

occasionally, Hotmail and IMAP messages get stuck in Entourage's cache and
are still visible after they have been deleted from the server. In that
case, right-click the name of your account in the folder list and select
Empty Cache from the contextual menu. This will force Entourage to flush its
cache and to redownload all the messages from the server.
