messaging error

Two of my users are getting the following error "the
messaging interface has received an unknown error. If
the problem persists restart outlook"

Any ideas? One O/S is W98 and the other is W2K. One
version is Outlook 2000 and the other is Outlook XP.

When does this occur? What is logged to the Event Viewer on the Windows 2000
machine?
Are you using Exchange?
