Messaging Interface Error (Yes, I've searched the forum already)...

I'm receiving this error:

"The Messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the proble
persists, restart Outlook."

This error comes up whenever I try to move or delete an item from
.pst file. The .pst file is roughly 1.8 gigs (I'm aware of the 2g
limit). I ran scanpst and it came up with no errors. I've repaired an
reinstalled Office XP. Nothing has worked.

I'm running Office XP SP 2 right now.

Any help would be appreciated
