Mi WebSite works well on Explorer, not with Mozilla?

Please HELP.

I built my Website with FP2002 and works well with Explorer, now I switch to
Mozilla/Netscape who has less bugs/pop ups/trash, etc but when open my Web
Site looks everything kind of flush left. Going back to Explorer still looks
well. I should change my settings? I'd like people can see it with any
Browser. Please I have no idea how to fix this.

Remove all the unnecessary inline style like
style="margin-top: -18"

And the space bar is not a design tool - use tables for alignment

the meta tags belong in the head section , not the body of the page after the tag
