to v 10.1.5. Should the Office X 10.1.5 Updater change Entourage to 10.1.5?

No, it only updates Entourage to 10.1.4. I believe it states that in the
updater.

No. Entourage and Word stay at 10.1.4, Excel and PowerPoint and Visual Basic
for Applications (plus a few other support files in the Office subfolder)
update to 10.1.5.
