I have tried unsucessfully to Install ActiveSync software
so that i can syncronize my Pocket PC with Outlook. The
error message I receive each time I try to Install the
software is:-
'The TCP/IP protocol must be installed on this computer
before Microsoft ActiveSync can be installed'.
Click OK to quit setup. Then open Control Panel, double
click Network and install this protocol'. However, It
appears that the TCP/IP box is ticked and installed.
I am running Windows 2000 professional & Microsoft Office
XP.
