Microsoft CRM client for Entourage 2004

Hello,

I am using Entourage 2004 on Mac on my home notebook.

I want to access Microsoft CRM1.2 hosted in my office and would like to
know if there is a possibility to access the application.

The web-based version on CRM only works with IE6.0 and there is a
client for MS Outlook to work offline.

I would appreciate, if anyone could let me know of a solution to
connect the Entourage with CRM.

Hi Tabassum!

To date, Office for Mac doesn't support Content Rights Management and
the Mac Business Unit at Microsoft has made no announcement that it will
be incorporated into future versions. To bring CRM to Office for Mac
will require greater demand. I would point you to their feedback
mechanism, but for now it's unavailable. Your post will hopefully be
seen by them here.

To access your CRM server, you'll need to use Windows running in Virtual
PC or use the Mac version of the Remote Desktop Connection client to
access a Windows Terminal Server or Windows XP Professional computer.

Hope this helps! bill

Hello,

I was refering to Customer Relation Manager. Please let me know if it
is accessible on Mac through web browser.
