My company is using Microsoft CRM on the server. It is mean to work with Outlook 2007. Does it work with Entourage 2008? If so how?

No, it doesn't work with any version of Entourage for Mac or anything
other than just Outlook for Windows.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
