I would like to print all the links in a webpage to the Microsoft Document
Imaging file printer but that does not appear to be an option. Is there a
way? I want to have the output be a mdi.

Have you got Office 2003? If so then there should be an entry in
Printers & Faxes for MS Office Document Image Writer.

Alternatively, you may need to do a complete install of Office from the
original CD (not compact or not custom as you may forget to install
something).

If you don't have Office 2003 then nothing can be done.
