Would anyone know why when I forward or reply items either from outlook or entourage they do not appear as such in my inbox on the opposite program (meaning if I forward an email in entourage, my equivalent outlook does not show it as being forwarded and vice versa. And when I delete an email in entourage it does not synchronize with my outlook also.
They do appear in the sent items folder however; and I have cleaned out the cache in entourage.
Any other suggestions?
