Not entirely sure what you mean - Outlook and OE are two entirely separate
entities - it is impossible to install one over the other (if that's what
you're implying - your post is quite cryptic). Outlook isn't, despite what
some think, an upgrade for OE.
Please also be aware that this is an *Outlook* not an OE group - if you
require further assistance with OE, please repost in the appropriate place.
