Is it possible to get rid of the sample datasheet that appears when graph is
slected from within Word? When I try to paste new data into the datasheet, it
disappears. Whe I try to inititate graph using a selected table, I still get
the sample datasheet.

Hi Ray,

What version of Word are you using and what method are
you using? If you select the table you created and use
Insert=>Object=>Microsoft Graph Chart vs. Microsoft Excel Chart
do you still get the sample table?

Hi Bob thank you for your response. Sorry my question was not complete. I am
having difficulties making a graph in Word XP using Microsoft Graph.
I have tried: selecting data and then insert object MS graph. All that comes
up is the sample datasheet and its attendant graph. I have tried selecting
and copying the data and then tried to paste the data into the sample
datasheet but the clipboard does not enable the copied data. I have tried
trying the data directly into the sample datasheet without avail. Help!
