I was having problems with Word, so I thought I would
remove Office 2000 program and re-install. But, I found
out I only have the upgrade and when I try to do an
install it can't find any program to upgrade. How can I
get it installed again. Thanks for your help.

If you no longer have the product you used to qualify for the upgrade, then
you don't qualify to use the upgrade. You see, an upgrade licence is really
only half a licence, the other half being the product used to qualify for
said licence. If you no longer have the qualifying product, then you must
purchase Office again, ans the QP licence becomes 'amalgamated' into the
upgrade and forever after they are inextricably linked.
