If that's the case, then the OP should clarify herself. There is a LOT of
misphrasing that goes on with computers. If you are going to ask for help,
then you need to give as many of the facts as you can. These same people
would never dream of calling a new doctor and telling him "I am sick, give
me medicine."
Speaking for myself, I'd rather have too much information than not enough.
