I have changed my email from outlook to Microsoft Office Outllook. The
microsoft office premium was set up in Korean and I want to change it to
English to set my preferences. Unfortunately I can't read Korean and cannot
find where to change these options. Right now the only way to get my new
email messages is to manually hit send and receive. Any suggestions?

Based on your description, I think you must have a Korean version of Office.
You need to purchase an English version if you want the Outlook interface to
be in English.

I may not have expressed myself clearly. Outlook is in English. I have
checked and everything is set as English. My email is not downloading into
Microsoft Outlook without me manually hitting send/receive. When I try to
correct this problem something called Microsoft Premium comes up. It looks
like it is written in an arabic language (Korean) or in a font that has
shapes. I cannot find where this has been set, because in the control panel
it is set for English (U.S.). Do you have any ideas where I might can change
this? All help is appreciated.
