I went to the Microsoft Office Launch Event and recieved a coupon for a free copy of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003,when I went to the web site,it said that it expired on the 31 of December. My dad really wanted this to work.Could you un-expire it for about 10 minutes so I could try to recieve a copy?Sorry if I'm asking too many questions,im a 13 year old.You could e-mail me at, (e-mail address removed)

Ask the person who handed you the coupon to give you a new coupon.

You're a little young to be going to launch events...This isn't Microsoft in
any case, it's a peer-to-peer support group. If it's expired it's expired,
tough shit, Sherlock.

I am intrigued as to how you think you're going to "receive a copy" in ten
minutes.

If your father wants a copy then he must *buy* it.

Who do I call or e-mail about never having received it??
Everyone else who went to the launch has gotten theirs.
