Microsoft Outlook 2000 Post Service Pack 3 Hotfix

I need to get my hands on this hotfix. Microsoft's info
on how to contact them is worthless. It gets me nowhere.
Has anyone had to get this hotfix and if so, could you
please tell me how you did it? Thanks for the help.

Did you pick up the phone and call Microsoft? That's what you need to do.
The process is quite painless, as there should be a choice on the voicemail
system for hotfixes. At least there was the last time I called.
