I have many e-mail addresses and have them broken down
into (7) A - Z Distribution Lists. When I send out an e-
mail blast I get a undeliverable message from "System
Administrator" about having 452 too many receipients. It
sends out most of the e-mails in that Dist. List but not
all.

What is the actual maximum size of a Distribution List?
Is there a way to have 2,500 - 3,000 e-mail addresses
without coming across this proble on a regular basis?

Please help.

The limit is set by your ISP...you'll need to check with them to find out
what their limit is.
