Microsoft Outlook address change in contacts

With the new post office law where you are not suppose to
use punctuation in addresses (at least in Arkansas), I
want to remove the comma between the city & state in my
contacts. After removing them and they appear gone, when
I go to print an envelope the commas are back. How do I
get rid of them?
