Microsoft Outlook needs to close.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002. Whenever I login on
the machine with user login outlook doesn't run and the
following message pops up:-

"Microsoft Outllo has encountered a problem and needs to
close"

While on Administrator login, it is working properly.
In error report following is the data:

App Name: Outlook.exe App Ver: 10.0.2616.0
Mod Name: ntdll.dll Modversion.5.0.2195.5400
Offset: 0005c41

Please help.
