Microsoft Project Cannot open more than 50 windows

When i am working with multi project having 500 sub projects and trying to
save .
My code opens the subproject in a separate window and hides the window, So,
when it reaches 50 error raised "Microsoft cannot open any more windows"

My question is how to close windows which were hidden without closing the
main project.

Hi,

Suppose the project you want to close (it closes with its window) is called
proj09
(when it is opened you use set proj09=activeproject)
When you want to close it
Proj09.activate
FileClose (pjsave or PJdonotsave, your choice)
