Microsoft User Data moved

Help! Doing some housekeeping I have just moved the Microsoft User Data
by accident and when I used Entourage the next time, I had to reset-up
the accounts and of course all my previous recent messages have
gone...is there any way that these can be recovered?

Sure - just put it back in place (it goes in your Documents folder). Of
course if you deleted it, then no, if you haven't got a backup, it's
gone. m.
