I work for Deloitte and we are dumped with training material to read. In the
training material, they often include screenshots and the description is
given below. It is very hard to understand the screenshot as the description
is given below and we have to always manually scroll up and down
alternatively between screenshot and description. I wish i could open a copy
of it simultaneously, but word says the document is already open, i can
always save it as an open as new, but if i forget to delete it, it occupies
my space in harddrive, so i require an option in File menu which allows me to
open the document though it is already open. (At our office we work on Dual
monitors)
