Microsoft Word templates

Does anyone have a business policy/procedures template? I am doing a project
for a client, and I don't want to create one from scratch unless I have to.

Hi,

I am looking for templates to answer emails in the Photography field. "Thank
you for compliments", "estimate requests" and general photography related
correspondence.

If anyone has or is able to write something, please let me know, I would
greatly appreciate it.
