Microsoft_Intermediate_Certificates

A user keeps getting this dialog popping up asking him to enter
keychain password for "Microsoft_Intermediate_Certificates". I have
tried to permanently unlock this keychain entry, delete it completely,
and edit it. After every login it reappears. Anyone know how to get
rid of this dialog box?
