Middle names in Entourage

So it appears that Entourage does not support Middle names, which is a bit
of a problem for me. Is there any work-around for this?

Put the middle names in the first name field (after the first name).

Yes, I guess. That's what I've been doing. I was hoping there was some way
to customise the fields.

I miss "Commence" that immensely customisable PIM!
