Middle Names Still Not Working In Entourage

Does Microsoft have any intention on eventually putting an Middle Name field in Entourage?

It is ridiculous that the only way to include a middle name or initial is to input it in the first name. This messes up syncing with more sophisticated address books that can handle middle names.

How difficult can this really be???
