MIDI Player Not Working

I just installed "Crescendo Liveupdate" MIDI player in
one of my web pages. It plays fine in my browser, but
when I go on the Internet, all that is there is a tiny
box without any music. How do I get the music to play
online? PS. I do have the correct URL to the music. The
player just doesnt show up at mi site. (e-mail address removed)
