I am assisting a friend in switching from a Mac to a PC.
She wants to port over her Outlook Express Mac saved email to Outlook 2K on
the PC.
So far, after much searching, the fastest way I've found is to save all her
individual emails to disk (we're talking thousands here), FTP them to my
website, and then download them to her PC. However, I am still faced with
the task of individually changing the suffixes of the mails to .eml so they
can be read on the PC.
Anyone with a kindler, gentler suggestion please comment.
It's ironic to me that Microsoft, IBM, or SOMEONE in the PC world hasn't
provided an easier migration scheme from Mac to PC (I notice that I can
find, literally, hundreds of suggestions for the migration from PC to Mac).
Thanks in advance for your help.
