Migrating Entourage Data from PCI G4s to new G5s

I'm migrating a half-dozen or so people from PCI G4's running 10.2.8
to new G5's running 10.3.4. As you know, PCI G4's do not permit
starting up in Target Disk Mode, so transferring account info, etc. is
a huge pain. Here's my question: I need to transfer the email info,
emails and address book info from the Entourage X on their old
machines to the new ones. All of the machines are connected to our
LAN, so I'm hoping there's a way to do this across the network. Can
anyone give me a "step-by-step"? Thanks.

What about the other way around ?? booting the G5 on target disk mode
and mounting it on the G4 ???
